If you have narrow feet and experience discomfort even when your fins are the right size, you can experience a better fit by wearing socks that act like an insole.
You can practice without worrying about your fins suddenly coming off.
It is also ideal for protecting the skin from irritation caused by the rubber and silicone commonly used in fins, as well as blisters and bumps caused by friction while using the fins.
The material is not wetsuit material (scuba), but a mesh material that fits snugly like tights.
