For in-stock items, orders placed before 12 noon on a business day will be shipped on the same day.

*If you have a preferred date and time for receiving your order, please be sure to indicate this in the comments section.
*For some areas in Hokkaido and remote islands in Kyushu, delivery may be by boat, which may take more than a week depending on the weather and social conditions.

SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders are to be handled within 3-5days of payment receipt.
In case of back ordered items, the delivery will be delayed, and we will contact the customers in regards to the matter.
Orders placed before noon, and has sufficient stock will be prepared and shipped out the same day. Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped out the following business day.
Please note that the delivery time for international shipping varies by region, shipping method, and weather conditions. Soltec Swim will NOT be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies, regional and weather conditions.

- As a general rule, products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
If you wish to exchange the size of an item for your own convenience, we will charge you the shipping costs for both ways.
In the unlikely event that the product is defective or the wrong product is sent due to a shipping mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Policies
All sales are final and not subject to return nor free exchange except for the manufacturing defects. If the item received deems to be defective, please contact us.
