The TecToc worn around the waist is perfect for practicing strokes and rolling. Using the hips and core muscles is important for swimming faster and more efficiently. The TecToc has a ball inside a plastic capsule that makes a sound as the body rolls, allowing the swimmer to check their own rolling tempo and even left and right rotation. By swimming in a relaxed delay mode and slowing down the ball movement, deeper rolling practice is possible.
The aim is to develop a more dynamic and powerful swimming style from the flat swimming style of a beginner, and to incorporate a consistent rhythm and timing into the swimming frame.
<Two modes (delay mode)>
By using the "DELAYON" and "DELAYOFF" functions to slow down the movement of the ball inside, you can rotate it up to 45 degrees and hear a "tapping" sound as it swims.
<Recommended usage>
If you are not accustomed to rolling your hips, set it to "OFF" and wear it over the widest part of your pelvis.
Advanced swimmers can learn to make deeper turns by wearing the swivel around the waist with the swivel set to "ON."
*To gradually increase rotation:
Attach it to your pelvis, then attach it to your waistline, and swim while keeping in mind the same rotation even without the Tech Toc.
*The drills shown in the video that use one-handed strokes and glides are also very effective! Please give them a try.
