The Alert Keyboard helps swimmers of all levels practice maintaining proper body position with their new kick.
The straps allow the swimmer to place their hands on the top of the board without having to grab onto the edge of the board.
Smaller boards float just a few centimetres below the water surface. This allows the swimmer to maintain a flat body position in the water .
The sleek, biomechanical design is easy on the shoulders and great for streamlining, underwater practice and side kicks.
