It is wider than conventional stretch cords, allowing you to train in a way that is closer to the strakes used in breaststroke. It also strengthens the muscles required for shoulder blade rotation.
Recommended for those who have difficulty building muscle even when swimming!
You can train with your hands on the paddle, which is closer to swimming, and the paddle type allows you to concentrate on your training without any discomfort. The fit of the palm is excellent!
It can withstand a tension of up to 3.6 kg.
Adjust the strength with which you pull the tube to suit your own strength.
If you are doing it lightly, stand towards the front without pulling too hard.
If you want to do it more forcefully, stand further back and pull the tube.

Please be careful not to pull the rubber tube too hard as this may cause the rubber to break.
