By correcting your posture and strengthening your respiratory muscles, you can improve your cardiopulmonary capacity.
The Swimmer's Snorkel is the perfect tool for mastering the correct rolling and stroking technique and for swimming with proper streamlining in mind.
The Swimmer's Snorkel is worn in front of your face, so you can keep your body centerline and swim without losing your balance. Imagine yourself breathing without lifting your head, focusing on your rolling and stroke technique, and streamlining, and swimming effortlessly. It can be used by beginners and advanced swimmers alike.
Because the air has to travel a longer distance to reach your lungs, your lungs have to work harder and your lung capacity increases.
・This type does not include a barge valve.
- Oval shape reduces resistance
・Flexible mouthpiece
- Head support is adjustable in length
<How to wear and practice>
1. Place the headband on your head so that the snorkel passes in front of your nose and forehead, and adjust the snorkel and headband so that it passes through the center of your head and comes straight up.
2. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and move your cheeks, lips, and mouth to ensure a firm seal.
3. Inhale through your mouth, look down, and try a face-to-face kick! Remember to inhale through your mouth and exhale primarily through your nose. If water comes out of your nose, we recommend wearing a nose clip.
4. Try swimming slowly so you can focus on proper head position, a balanced body line, and a calm entry into the water!
5. Once you get used to it, try practicing underwater turns. When you go underwater, water will enter the snorkel, but when you come to the surface, you can exhale forcefully from your mouth to release the water.
✳︎ When practicing entering the water, kicking, or balancing, you can increase the effectiveness of your practice by using a snorkel!
<Precautions for use>
If water gets into the snorkel, practice spitting it out forcefully.
○Please be careful not to bite the mouth part too hard. The mouth part alone is not sold as a part.
○It may break if subjected to strong impact. Please use with care to avoid injury from broken pieces.
