Hello.
How are you spending your time now that Golden Week is over? Although it's still chilly on some days, swimming season is about to begin!!
Well, I've decided to start a YouTube channel.
Channel link: https://www.youtube.com/@SOLTEC-SWIM
We will be providing videos explaining how to use the products, so please check them out.
First up, we've posted about Tech 2 fins!
There are three types of Tech 2 fins, so we hope that you will learn about the differences between them and use them to choose the fins that suit you best.
★Extra Soft
The shape is the same as the soft type, but while only the tip is made of a soft material, the ankle area is made of the same material as before, so the holding performance around the ankle is maintained as before.
While the toes are flexible and bendable, the ankles still feel the same as with conventional softball, allowing you to kick naturally. Also, the burden on the ankles is reduced, making them less likely to get injured.
It is also recommended for athletes who want to improve their technique before a race or for practice.
Which swimmer is it for?
・Swimmers with soft joints who find soft swimwear too stressful
・Swimmers who use soft swimwear and feel it is a burden when adjusting before a race
・Swimmers who have had foot injuries
It can be used by juniors to top swimmers.
Demerit:
-Since it does not have as much propulsive power as the soft type, it may be a little slower when training overall speed.
・Exercises to increase leg strength are somewhat difficult.
-Swimmers who are used to harder fins may find this to be a little insufficient in terms of its function.
★Soft type
It is loved and supported by many swimmers. It is also a popular fin type that is specified by many strong schools and swimming schools. It is also ideal for strengthening the dolphin kick, which is a difficult subject.
These fins are not just light and easy to use, but also allow you to swim more easily; they can also be used to seriously train your kicking power.
Which swimmer is it for?
・Suitable for all levels and swimmers
- For young swimmers, those who have never trained using fins, and fitness swimmers, we recommend that you choose a type that is more suited to your level and leg strength, such as comparing it with the extra soft type.
★Hard type
It is recommended for unprecedented speed practice and high-level kicking power training.
It is less flexible and harder than the soft type, so use it to strengthen your legs and improve your kicking power.
Which swimmer is it for?
・Swimmers who are not satisfied with soft swimwear
・Swimmers who are confident in their ankle and kicking power
Demerit:
-The material is quite hard, so it puts strain on your ankles during practice.
- Junior swimmers are made of a hard material, so using it may lead to damage.
-These fins are designed to further improve leg strength rather than be used for practicing techniques.
All three types are Tech 2 fins, so the shape is the same.
Please compare the three types in the video and choose the fin that suits you best.
Please try to use your practice equipment in a creative way so that you can perform better in the match.
