The swimming season has started, and the preliminaries for the Junior High School and High School Inter-Athletics Championships are about to begin!!
The summer season has officially begun!
As I mentioned before, I have recently decided to start a YouTube channel.

We will be providing videos explaining how to use the products, so please check them out.
This time we will talk about how to use ankle tubes.
When you hear the term ankle tube, you might think that you have never used one.
The product is shaped like an eight, as shown below.
Wear it from your calves to your ankles while swimming, as shown below.
Use this to correct your legs being too far apart when practicing kicking.
This is for correcting the dolphin kick. If you only use the ankle tube, you will not float, so
Swimming with a pull buoy between your legs will also help you swim with good posture.
It can also be used while swimming for correction.
For those who are not good at kicking, this will be a tough practice,
Correcting it will help you make more progress.
Once you get going, practicing your kicks will be fun!
You can also wear it on your wrist as shown below and use it for catching (the part that grabs the water) drills.
If you are using it for the catch, you can use it together with an edge paddle.
It can help correct your catching technique, so please try using it in your drill practice.
It can also be used for diving practice!
If your feet tend to fall apart when you enter the water, try wearing an ankle tube when you jump in. It can also be used for a crouching start.
It can also be used for athletics training, for example to train the adductor muscles.
There are many different ways to use a single tool, so explore it.
We will also be uploading videos from time to time, so please check them out.
Please try using your practice equipment in a creative way so that you can perform better during the summer season.
