With swimming pools across the country being closed due to the state of emergency declared in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we've been receiving a lot of inquiries from swimmers all over Japan about products that can be used for land-based training!
We would like to incorporate inexpensive methods into land-based training during self-restraint, such as stretch cord products, which are highly recommended for land-based training, and balance balls, which many people already have.
I found an easy-to-understand video that shows how to train on land in a way that is closer to the movements you'll make in the water, so I'd like to share it with you!

The dry land training, which captures the key points of swimming, is very interesting.
Even during the period when you can't swim in an actual pool, please keep on training every day with creative ideas!
