Kwansei Gakuin University swimming practice session!

The winter season games have begun!

Let's first prepare for the spring JO and then work hard towards the summer season.

There will be cold days and warm days, so please make sure to take care of your health so that it doesn't interfere with your race!

This time we visited Kwansei Gakuin University!!

During practice, we had them try out swimming, focusing on the drag belt.

The opinions of university students were extremely valuable and there was a wide variety of opinions!!

Since practice times are divided into free time slots during class, the number of students may be small.

We practiced while calling out to each other.

The practice menu is also created by the students, and it is because they practice carefully.

There were also a variety of questions about tools!!
