I participated in the OSAKA Masters!

Summer has started and it's extremely hot...

Be careful not to get heatstroke from the heat!

Please be especially careful if you are practicing in an outdoor pool!

This time I participated in the Osaka Masters Swimming Championships, so I would like to share some of what it was like.

The event took place over one day and the number of participants was limited, but there were some reports of people improving their times, and others saying that they didn't do well.

Since it was a long course race, some people said that it had been a while since they last participated!

Summer is the season for long course races, so I want to prepare so I can achieve good times there.

I brought along some samples, mainly fins!

I was glad that some people remembered my face!

Summer isn't over yet, so do your best to prepare for the next season.

I guess I haven't had many opportunities to try out the tools until now, so what do you think?
