This time, we will show you how to use knee tubes, following the ankle tubes.
You may still be familiar with the term Knee Tube.
The shape is slightly different from the ankle tube.
The product is shaped like an eight, as shown below.
It is similar to an ankle tube, but the connecting part where you put your foot is wider.
Wear it above your knees while swimming, as shown below.
Perfect for practicing your breaststroke kick.
If you kick with your legs too wide open, you won't be able to catch water properly.
You can also practice wearing a knee tube with a pull buoy between your legs.
You can correct your kick while lifting your body.
Also, put the ankle tube I introduced before on your knee,
When you put the knee tube around your ankle and kick in the breaststroke
This can be used to correct players who are making small kicks.
I think that many swimmers who specialize in the 50-100 meter breaststroke are conscious of small kicks.
To correct your swimming style, try using it in a way that suits your individual swimming style.
There are many different ways to use a single tool, so explore it.
