Tenri University Swimming Trial!!

Hello.

After the off-season, training has resumed in earnest and I imagine they are increasing their basic training.

Let's get training again for the winter season!!

It's suddenly gotten cold, so let's take good care of our health!!

This time, we held a trial swim at Tenri University !

It was a short course but it seemed quite spacious!!

They also do detailed track and field training, which is student-led and the upperclassmen are mainly in charge of creating the training menus, so it's very cohesive.

They did a test swim using the extra soft fins and heart buoy.

I also brought along the Black Stroke Maker, which is currently on sale.

We also received comments saying that it was a cool design!!

The training content also includes the use of tools,

Each player was thinking and practicing.

There was also a menu using tubes.

The Grudge Belt was very popular!!

We had them practice and try out different things than usual.
